These terms govern your use of the Breaking The Loop website and any programme, coaching session, or content you purchase from us. By using the site or purchasing anything from it, you agree to them.

Breaking The Loop is operated by Breakingtheloop Business Consulting, 123 Stephenson Way, Palmerston, ON, Canada.
What we offer
Breaking The Loop provides self-paced online programmes (including Learn to See and Fix It), and optional 1:1 coaching sessions delivered over Zoom. Coaching sessions are a separate, optional purchase, they're not included in the cost of any programme, and nothing in Learn to See or Fix It requires you to book one. Fix It offers prompts to book a session at a few points in the programme, but these are entirely optional. Programme access and payment are handled through Wix. Coaching sessions are booked, paid for, and delivered separately, through Wix and Zoom.
Eligibility
Our programmes are intended for working adults, typically team leaders and operations leaders. You must be at least 16 to purchase anything from this site.
Payment
All prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed entirely through Wix's payment system at the time of purchase. We don't store your card details ourselves.
What you're buying
When you purchase a programme, you're buying access to that programme's content and materials for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share programme materials, journals, or templates outside your own organisation without our written permission.
No guaranteed outcome
The results referenced on this site (including the contact centre proof point) reflect a specific case, not a guarantee. What you get out of any programme depends on the work you put into it on your own real problem. We don't promise a specific result.
Coaching sessions
1:1 coaching sessions are a separate, optional purchase, paid for individually at the time of booking. You can reschedule a session at no cost up to 24 hours before it's due to start. If you cancel or reschedule inside that 24-hour window, the full session fee is retained and won't be refunded or credited toward a future session.
Limitation of liability
We provide our programmes and coaching in good faith, based on real operational experience, but we can't be held liable for business decisions you make as a result of them. Use your own judgement, and involve the right people in your organisation before making any major change.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
