What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

Your name and email address, when you sign up for a programme, book a coaching session, or contact us directly

Payment information, handled entirely by Wix's own payment processing, we never see or store your full card details ourselves

Anything you tell us directly, in a form, an email, or a coaching session
Why we collect it
We use your information to deliver the programme or session you've purchased, process payment, respond to questions, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We don't sell your information to anyone, and we don't use it for anything beyond running Breaking The Loop.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of third-party services to run the business, and your information passes through them as a normal part of that:

Wix, for hosting the site, processing payment, and running the Online Programs you enrol in. Wix's own privacy policy governs how they handle this.

Zoom, for 1:1 coaching sessions. Booking a session means sharing your name and email with Zoom to schedule and run the call, subject to Zoom's own privacy policy.

We don't share your information with anyone else, and we don't sell it.
Where your information is stored
Because we operate through Wix and Zoom, your information may be stored or processed outside the country you live in. Both providers maintain their own security and compliance standards, details are available in their respective privacy policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you generally have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and opt out of any non-essential communication. To do any of these, contact us at graeme@breakingtheloopco.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within whatever timeframe the law where you live requires.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
